Are the books in good condition?
- We sell both New and preowned/preloved books.
- We carefully inspect and grade each book before listing.
- We also strive to ensure that all preloved books are in good to excellent condition.
- Conditions are also mentioned along with the product.
If you have any doubt regarding the condition of the items, kindly let us know in the instruction note while placing the order. We will promptly provide you with an actual product video prior to packaging your order.
Can I sell my used books to your store?
Currently, we do not offer a direct buyback service. However, we are constantly evaluating new features, so stay tuned for updates.
Do you have a return policy?
No, Currently we do not have any return policy. We make sure that there is no damage books sold on our store.
How do you determine the condition of the books?
Our team carefully assesses the condition of each book, considering factors such as cover condition, spine integrity, and page quality. We use a grading system to provide accurate descriptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Netabanking, and UPI and other secure online payment options.
How is shipping handled?
Currently we use India POST for handling the shippment. It takes 5-7 working days to reach to any Indian cities, and vary depending on the distance.
Is international shipping available?
No, Currently we are focusing only within India.
Do you have a loyalty program or discounts for regular customers?
We appreciate our loyal customers! We may offer discounts and promotions. You may follow our social media for various such events and offers. Currently, we are not providing any loyality program as such.
Are the prices negotiable?
Our prices are set based on the condition, rarity, and demand for each book and they are already at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer negotiations on listed prices. Do look out for running discounts or offer, if any.
Why are your books so cheaper than the market?
At times, publishers may produce more copies of books than can be sold through traditional bookstores. In an effort to manage their inventory, we acquire surplus copies at a discounted rate, allowing us to extend those savings to you.
Also,we do procure preloved books in lot and hence they are compartively cost effective.
How often is the inventory updated?
Our inventory is regularly updated as new preloved books become available. Keep an eye on our website.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Currently, we are not accepting any Cash on delivery (COD) orders.
Is there any shipping charges?
Yes, we do charge shipping fee based on the total weight of the orders.
What are the working hours for your business?
We do follow general business hour which is 9AM- 8PM. However, we may extend or start early sometimes, it all depends on the situation.
What happens after we place an order?
Once we receive order from you, we verify the order and payment.
Once confirmed, we pack the order and send the shipment on next day via India Post.
Please note, India Post does not operate on sunday and on government holidays. In such case, we ship the order on next working day.
